Return and Refund Policy

Return/Refund Policy. You may return items in accordance with the Return Policy instructions listed on the website under Terms and Conditions or, if you are uncertain about your right to return the product, you may also call Customer Service at 888-618-1281 where someone will be glad to answer your questions. L-Nutra will refund your payment when your product is returned in a timely manner or cancelled, and within 15 calendar days of our receipt of the returned product if purchased using third-party credit, such as a Visa or MasterCard.

ProLon Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy:

L-Nutra is committed to customer satisfaction with all its products and services, and provides product refunds for any unopened or defective ProLon box. Please read below for further information on our return and refund policies.

CANCELLATIONS:

Unless otherwise specified through a written agreement, you may request to cancel your order(s) during the 24-hour day [12:00 AM – 11:59 PM PST] in which the order was placed.

  • Your request for cancellation must be received, by 11:59 PM PST on the same day the order was placed. Call 1-888-618-1281 or email cancellations@l-nutra.zendesk.comwith the Order Number in the Subject Line.
  • To cancel a subscription agreement(which includes any subsequent orders), you’ll need to notify L-NUTRA prior to 11:59 PM PST to an order being shipped.

RETURNS:

  1. Edible products, such as ProLon, are non-refundable if:
    The product has been opened
    b. Request is received more than 15 calendar days from receipt (as documented by courier service).
    c. Retail products are non-refundable, with the following specific exceptions:
    1. product quality issues
    2. serious adverse event
    3. as required by applicable laws
  2. Unless otherwise specified in writing, you may return your “unopened” ProLon box within 15 calendar days from receipt (as documented by courier service) for any reason.
    1. A processing fee of fifty dollars ($50), per “unopened” box will be deducted from the refund.
    2. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return product to L-NUTRA.
    3. L-NUTRA may provide you a pre-paid label and arrange for pick-up for an additional cost of twenty dollars ($20).
  3. Damaged product may be replaced, if returned and received by L-Nutra or designee.
  4. If you do not have a favorable reaction to the consumption of a product, you may request a refund but must return any remaining product.
  5. A $20 return fee applies if using the pre-paid return label provided by L-Nutra. Contact 1-888-618-1281 or refunds@l-nutra.zendesk.comfor more information.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be allowed for any unfavorable, but medically related event, or a product quality concern. At such time, the customer service team or staff member will:

  • Generate a pre-paid return label and inform you that there is a $20 processing fee, to cover the cost of shipping.
  • Notify you that refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after receipt of the product.
